General Policy Summary
  • We ask a 48-hour notice to reschedule.

  • Upcharges may apply for:

    • Excessive pet hair

    • Deep stains

    • Heavily soiled interiors or exteriors (These will always be discussed ahead of time.)

  • We Must Receive Payment in Cash, Cash App, PayPal, or Venmo after the service

Loyalty Discount Terms
  • Only one reschedule is allowed per appointment, and it must be within 7 days of the original date.

  • For Discounted appointments, a 48-hour notice is required to reschedule.

  • First appointment is full Priced

  • Every appointment must be scheduled within your plan’s frequency window.

  • Discounts apply only when appointments are kept within the plan’s frequency:

    • Full Detail – 120 Days

    • Deluxe Detail – 365 Days
