We ask a 48-hour notice to reschedule.
Upcharges may apply for:
Excessive pet hair
Deep stains
Heavily soiled interiors or exteriors (These will always be discussed ahead of time.)
We Must Receive Payment in Cash, Cash App, PayPal, or Venmo after the service
Only one reschedule is allowed per appointment, and it must be within 7 days of the original date.
For Discounted appointments, a 48-hour notice is required to reschedule.
First appointment is full Priced
Every appointment must be scheduled within your plan’s frequency window.
Discounts apply only when appointments are kept within the plan’s frequency:
Quick Clean – At least once a Month
Full Detail – At least once every 4 Months
Deluxe Detail – At least once every 6 Months
